Developing You - Health and Wellbeing - Armley
This course helps you to recognise that you are important and shows you how to make positive changes in your life. We look at what stress is and the dangerous effects it can have on your whole body. Finally we will explore stress reducers including mindfulness techniques. Learners will have the opportunity to progress onto further learning to develop additional wellbeing techniques and to learn how to manage everyday life stress.
