You will start creating your own piece of patchwork, whether that be a quilt, a throw, a cushion or just a sewn piece of art. You will learn the technique of English paper piecing - folding fabric over paper templates and hand sewing these together. Creating panels, using both traditional and modern patterns and starting with basic blocks of squares and hexagons and building to more complex designs, which can then be turned into an item of your choice. A great craft requiring only fabric, paper, scissors, thread and needles.
