Building Self-Esteem to Realise Your Full Potential

This course is for adults 19+ who are looking to improve confidence and self- esteem to progress into work or further learning.

With tutor support, learners will build up a portfolio of work and other evidence to demonstrate:

1. Increased confidence

2. Personal awareness

3. Identify positive changes within their lifestyle/outlook

3. Improved communication skills

4. Alternative ways of helping self and recognising achievements such as goal setting/planning

Learners will also be asked to do specific tasks, which will form part of the self-assessment throughout the course. Specific areas of personal development including skills for life and work will be identified and can be discussed with the tutor at any time.

Learners can progress to further learning, employment or volunteering.
