This adventure will challenge you to seek out the best ingredients from the Leeds Market, whilst working to a tight budget, and using your culinary skills to create beautiful & nutritious soups.
Embedded in this course will be budgeting, maths and numeracy advice as we focus on making money go further, reducing waste and portion sizes.
We will provide a small budget that you will use buy fresh ingredients.
This course is FREE to all people who have been residents of Leeds for 3 years or more, aged 19+.
Please note , there are no creche facilities and this course is not suitable for children.
