Come along to this 'Souper duper' day, where you can learn all about making nutritious soup on a budget!

Come with us on a guided tour through Leeds Market and hunt for the freshest and finest ingredients. We will provide a small budget to enable you to purchase items needed to make your soup!

This adventure challenges you to seek out the best ingredients, whilst working too a tight budget, and use your culinary skills to create beautiful & nutritious soups.

In this workshop we aim to help you learn how to identify the best produce, as cheaply as possible and build a connection with local vendors selling fresh fruits & vegetables.

Embedded in this course will be budgeting, maths and numeracy advice as we focus on making money go further, reducing waste and portion sizes.

At the end of our workshops, we encourage our learners to relax and enjoy tasting the fruits of their labour and share the experience with their fellow participants.

There will also be careers and skills related advice from staff, to support you with taking next steps in your life whether that be through more learning, volunteering or employment.

This course is FREE to all people who have been residents of Leeds for 3 years or more, aged aged 19+.
