Creative Wellness - L815c
This course is aimed at everyone! Being creative has been proven to enhance our health and well being including; elevating mood, boosting cognitive function and memory, increasing our immunity and relieving depression and anxiety. It is important to make time for ourselves so that we can recharge and cope with some of the unavoidable stressors that life presents. For this course you will need paper, glue, paint brushes, paints, coloured pens and pencils or any basic arts and crafts material that you have available.
