GCSW - Conversations in Art - L512b
In this episode of 'Conversations' we will compare and contrast the historical narratives within art and its influence upon contemporary art practice, paying particular attention to 2D and 3D, the origins of content and genres of art and arts practice. The class will engage with exhibition reviews. both local, national and global and discuss differences between global artists voices within the context of worldwide exhibition. There will be further emphasis on how to decode art through its form and content/context, you will be introduced to artists' work and practice and develop specific knowledge of art history.
