Somatics - Learn to release stress and tension from your body using somatic movement. Our daily life, with all its stresses and strains can cause patterns of holding in the body which end up causing aches and pains. Somatics is a movement form using gentle and accessible movements which help to release the holding so that you can move and feel better. You will learn a series of movements that when done regularly can prevent the build up of tension in the first place. It is as if you are giving yourself a massage every day.
