Digital Skills Workshop

A workshop aimed at supporting learners who are new to the world of digital, have little experience of using tech and who want to learn new skills or refresh and update their knowledge. Learners will be able to choose from a range of topics including: Learning how to use laptops, smartphones and tablets Using apps such as Microsoft Word and Google Sheets to create simple documents such as a sheet to help manage finances Learn how to communicate electronically using e-mail and other social media apps Using the internet to access goods and services for example to apply for Universal Credit Learning how to keep themselves and their families safe when on-line At the end of your course your tutor will discuss your next steps with you, whether that be further developing your English language skills or you feel you require support in another area.
