Introduction to Pilates for Wellbeing
Introduction to Pilates For Wellbeing Course This 6 week course will introduce students to Pilates as form of exercise. Students will learn the beginners Pilate exercises, and the course will guide participants in developing a personal practice. The participants will explore the initial stages of Pilates including the health and wellbeing benefits and will conclude with a programme they can use at home. Within the sessions, practical adaptations of exercises will be offered in response to their personal requirement s . During the course there will be some short home work tasks to complete each week to demonstrate the skills and knowledge throughout the course. The course will take no more then 6 students and will be delivered from our Cardigan Centre community hall, socially distant. We have Pilates mats for students which will be cleaned and quarantined after each class.
