ODCC Pilates for Wellbeing Taster

Come and try Pilates in this taster session. You will be introduced to basic Pilates exercises and learn more about the benefits on the body and mind, those who enjoy the taster and want to learn more can enrol on our 4 week Pilates for Wellbeing course. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Pilates can help improve posture, muscle tone, mobility and relieve stress and tension. What do I need; Access to a Smart phone / tablet / laptop that has speaker and camera functions. A room with enough space for you to be able to lay flat with you arms our comfortably. When completing the registration form please declare any mdeical conditions that affect your ability to exercise.
