During This Course You Will; Learn about how mindfulness can help manage stress and improve wellbeing Learn about Mindfulness breathing techniques Explore thinking habits and learn to develop more kindness towards ourselves Learn about Body Scanning for relaxation Practice how to be more mindful in everyday life.
