This Course is suitable for novice learners; some may have used sewing machines before but would like to learn more about skills required for basic dress making. Material Costs \emdash learners will be expected to buy their own fabric, embellishments and cutting patterns, the tutors will tell learners where they can buy fabrics and patterns.
