Basic Woodwork (Friday) HT6

For complete beginners and those looking for a refresher, you will learn: - Safe use of common hand tools - How to measure wood for a project - Simple joints and fixings The course is taught by a time-served carpenter and you will complete: - A bird box - A simple garden bench - Maybe a simple project of your choice There is a small charge of \'a35.00 for materials. Once you have completed this course, you may have the opportunity to progress to the Further Woodwork course. The tutor will discuss options for progression with you. This course will be taught on site at TCV, Hollybush in a Covid-secure environment. You will be given further details about our measures to keep everyone safe and what you will need to do to comply with these as part of the enrolment process and once you are with us on site. We look forward to welcoming you onto our course.
